Return and refund policy
1. Return Window
Matchaims accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be returned in their original condition — unused, uninstalled, and in the same state as received, including original packaging and any accompanying tags or accessories.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. How to Request a Return

If your request is approved, you will receive return authorization, along with a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

5. Exchanges
To receive a replacement as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved and processed.
This ensures faster fulfillment and availability.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider before funds appear in your account.
